Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Submit Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
Process and Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
